What is Veganuary?
Veganuary, a month-long vegan eating challenge initiated in 2014 by Jane Land and Matthew Glover, has evolved from a humble kitchen table in Yorkshire to a worldwide movement inspiring millions to make positive dietary choices. A recent film chronicling Veganuary's first decade illustrates its transformative impact, with actress Evanna Lynch noting its role in giving veganism a positive image overhaul.
